A Come Back

Finally after full 4 years, I have decided to rejuvenate my blog. I fail to answer myself as to why I have not been writing in this blog but I feel, I have committed a mistake by refraining myself from writing and sharing my feelings from everyone.

Although I am very late at realizing things, I feel it is always better to start at least now than to start never.

I will try my best to improve my writing skills. I will try to write as many good articles as I can. Please wish me all the best.

OUR MARRIAGE DAY CELEBRATIONS WITH "SAHAYA"

Rajesh and I have successfully completed one year of our marriage on July 25th, 2010. We are happy and I feel lucky to have got Rajesh as husband. In this one year of my marriage, I think I have learnt many lessons in developing good relations between family and family members. I really am not able to understand how this one year passed. As this year passed it left us with some beautiful memories of the days we went to Munnar for our honeymoon, the time we went to Shiridi, the time went to Melbourne for Rajesh's project and enjoyed at the river banks of Yarra. Also I grew a strong relationship with my inlaws and other family members. Finally till today I am very lucky to get such a good family and the husband who pampers and loves me a lot.

Our first marriage day was spent with all our relatives and neighbours. But this special occassion we made it a point that we do some good work which we can keep it in our memories forever. That is the reason why we celebrated it at an orphanage named SAHAYA. Sahaya is a home for 25 kids with their fates without parents. All the kids are around the age of 15 years or below. We along with our family went and donated few groceries. We made our granny give with her hands a biscuit packet for all the kids there. Everyone were sitting in the hall room of a small building which is their house. They were well disciplined and received us well. The eldest of all came and took our details to show it to their "brother".

The interesting person is the "brother". The "brother" is the person who started with this organisation named "Sahaya". His name is Hari Kiran. To our astonishment he is just a student doing his final year engineering at Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Engineering. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet him but we decided to support them the way possible by us. He proved us all that to do something good on earth needs an aim. As it is rightly said "WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY".

IGNORANT AND HELPLESS

How unfortunate are we read people? Those of us who have done PG's and also many others who are working for handsome salaries at multi - national companies. We call ourselves as qualified citizens of this country and we do nothing for it.

I recently went to the close by market by walk after a week's gap. I was shocked to see that a tavern shop was opened on the Nizampet road, Kukatpally Housing Board, Hyderabad. What suddenly striked me is that there are two schools within a kilometer vicinity. Every morning and evening we see kids going to school and coming back from school. The Nizampet road is so busy in the evening with many ladies and young girls coming back from work and colleges. There are many others who come on this road continously for shopping daily needs.

I wonder who has given the permission to open the tavern when there are two schools close by. Now what is bothering me is I even don't know where to lodge a complain against it. I am ignorant.

I recently thought of enquiring someone about it and so sought number of a journalist I know. The ladies in my family heard about what I want to do. As usual like how it happens they said me to keep away from it as they say high recommendations are involved in such issues and we may face with problems. I argued a bit to tell them tomorrow we and the kids surrounding may face problem. the attitude is we should be within our care and those who are facing problems let them face. I am helpless.

This issue is somehow pinching my heart that although we are all educated and call ourselves as citizens of India we are ignorant and helpless to do anything for our country. Today's population is using such reasons for migration to foreign countries. I think many of us are thinking how to help and how to help but just that we don't bring our mind into action.

NEW DISCOVERY

I today discovered a new news today. I discovered that late chief minister Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy and me share the birthday on the same day. My birthday is being celebrated indirectly by all the Congress party members in Andhra Pradesh. Nice feeling, isn't it?. I am happy to know that I share birthday with a celebrity.

TOTALLY BUSY

I think this is how I can define my situation; "totally busy". Hmm.....when at Australia I really didn't understand how to pass on my time and now I don't find any time to pass. I feel the time is running. Recently there was a small ceremony at our home so I was very busy along with my MIL cleaning the home. Now the ceremony is over a week back and I again busy cleaning home now.

The good news of this period is dad joined into a job at L & T IDPL. The bad news is he have to leave his business. One side I am happy that now he can rest a bit (although rest is word which is not there in dad's dictionary) and on the otherside I am sad that he have to leave something which he has worked so hard for. Well but still we are happy that dad has joined into a good job and also into such responsiblities which I feel he would enjoy a lot.

Rajesh is working very hard these days to improve his knowledge technically and also he is working on his linguistic skills. Kishore is also fine and is too busy with his job.

There are so many events and ceremonies lined up that we are everyday making travel plans, shopping plans and plans about which dress to wear when. Things are going on good. But I am feeling bad sometimes that I am able to spend much time for myself. I think I should start with some serious things which will help me develop.

One way I am developing is that my cooking has improved a lot. Also these days I am learning a lot from my father-in-law. I am listening to him for some knowledge sharing. But I think that is still not enough I really have to start spening time for myself. I feel now that I realised this I will work hard to develop my self individually.

WE ARE BACK TO OUR HOME

Yes. Finally we are back to India. We were very happy to meet everyone here and so is everyone happy to meet us. Dad and Kishore came to receive us at the Airport along with some of our relatives and Harsha and Deepu who are sweet little brother and sister of mine. They presented us with a beautiful bouquet. We reached home and everyone were eagerly waiting for us. It was 3.30 a.m. and my MIL made lovely dosas for us. Me and Rajesh enjoyed every bite of Dosas.

Now my life has become so busy with everyone at home. There is no question of being lonely anymore. I have got so many people to talk to, so many places to go, so many things to eat and so on. I am damn happy about it. So my life is back on its track now.
